Attractive 2 bedroom apartment which overlooks the 17th fairway & lake on Isla Canela golf course.

The property is beautifully furnished and has one double & one twin room. The main bedroom being served by its own en suite bathroom with a separate shower room for the other bedroom.

The large airy lounge is fitted with satellite FSTV, Hi Fi & DVD. Free WiFi is now available in the apartment.

The kitchen & utility area has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

The living / dining room has a table & six chairs, and one large sofa (that converts to a bed) & two armchairs.

Leading from the Living room area is the terrace complete with table & chairs.

It is in easy reach of the lovely town of Ayamonte, & within a few kms of the beach & marina. The beautiful city of Seville is just over an hour's drive away.

The apartment overlooks the communal swimming pool which is open from May to September. This has paved sunbathing areas within the well kept gardens

One of the Best

Cannot recommend more highly. We have enjoyed self catering holidays all over the world for the past 50 years and this apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. This coming October will be the 4th time we will have stayed there - says it all really. Richard very efficient and helpful, and the local agents likewise. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped, conveniently located and ticks all the boxes for an enjoyable holiday.
As for location, we have stayed in Isla Canela for the past 7 years and are still finding new things to do. Golfing, cycling, walking, beach, shopping and dining facilities are all close at hand. We hope to return again and again.

November on the Algarve

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and were lucky with the weather. Being far too young and active for golf we used the apartment as a base for exploring the area. Donana national park is a must as are all the huge deserted sandy beaches both on the Spanish side and over in Portugal; we enjoyed walking in shorts and T shirts all week. Mercadona is superb and a visit to the zoo in Ayamonte with it's lions, tigers, bears etc which is absolutely free is highly recommended. The apartment was extremely comfortable and the Wifi and UK TV were a real bonus. The booking process was very efficient, Richard answered any queries promptly and the meet and greet by the agents was also prompt, flexible and efficient. We had a minor plumbing problem while there which was solved the same day after a phone call to the English speaking agent. The area was extremely quiet at this time of year and we were quite happy to leave the car outside...the garage and lift were useful when we returned laden with shopping. Excellent value. PS To visit Portugal you only need to register your credit card on the western side of the bridge if you intend to use the motorway beyond the first turn off.

THIS APARTMENT IS VERY WELL PRESENTED AND VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. tHE WHOLE BOOKING PROCESS WAS WELL HANDLED AND WE WERE MET BY RICHARDS AGENT WHO SHOWED US AROUND THE APARTMENT AND WAS AVAILABLE FOR ANY QUERIES WHICH WE HAD NONE. THERE WAS LOTS OF SPACE FOR THE FOUR ADULTS IN OUR PARTY 2 BATHROOMS WAS GREAT.
THE OUTSIDE SPACE WAS GREAT- VERY QUIET AND PEACEFUL AND AS IT WAS THE END OF THE SEASON WE FOUND OURSELVES THE ONLY PEOPLE AROUND THE POOL ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS.
THE SURROUNDING AREA WAS LOVELY WITH PLACES TO VISIT NEARBY AYAMONTE BEING OUR FAVOURITE. WE ALSO SPENT A DAY IN SEVILLE WHICH WAS WELL WORTH THE 90 MIN JOURNEY.
WOULD RECOMMEND A CAR AS SUPERMARKETS TOO FAR TO WALK TO. REALLY ENJOYED OUR BREAK AND HOPE TO VISIT THE AREA AND APARTMENT AGAIN SOMETIME.

Comfortable spacious apartment.

We had a great stay in Isla Canela, Richards apartment was exactly as described. Comfortable and spacious, everything we needed was there. We had a warm friendly greeting from his agent. The surrounding area has some fantastic long beaches, they were never crowded. This part of Spain has some lovely scenery, we ventured as far as Seville easily managable for a day trip. Weather was superb, we would reccomend this area for a visit.

WONDERFUL APARTMENT.

We were very pleased with our choice of apartment and its location, and the professional and friendly "meet and greet" service provided.
The apartment was very cosy, spacious and well appointed, infact a home from home.Very clean and well furnished to a high standard with a great outlook and ambience.
The balcony was superb for breakfast and evening meals.
Apartment location is very convenient for beaches, harbour, and supermarket, all less then 10 minutes by car.
Perfect weather rounded off our stay, we wished we had booked for longer.

Beautiful Apartment - Fantastic area

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and found it to be the ideal location for a mixture of relaxation and sightseeing.
The local area has lots to offer and will fulfill most peoples desires but also affords the oppourtunity to venture further to Seville, Marbella, Gibraltar or along the south coast of Portugal.
The apartment itself is very well appointed with good quality furniture and fittings giving a very homely feel and with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a good sized kitchen, this is an ideal retreat for a family or for a couple as we did.
The apartment is in very good order throughout and includes plenty of additional things not normally found in rented accomodation. We found all the travel leaflets and maps particularly useful, and enjoyed watching several of the DVD's in the evenings with the patio doors open and just the sound of crickets from outside.
Overlooking the golf course gives an immediate sense of relaxation and the area is very quiet both day and night. There is use of a swimming pool and a secure underground car park (both communial to the apartments only) and there are beaches within walking distance, and for the evenings there is a wide choice of restaurants within the local area.
Arrangements for pick up and drop off of keys, and the walkaround brief of the apartment facilities are both well catered for and although we encountered a minor problem with the front door handle, it was quickly rectified with no inconvenience to ourselves.
The apartment is on the first floor which gives a better outlook from the balcony over the golf course and surrounding scenery, and it benefits from having a lift almost opposite the front door giving access to ground level or to the garage.
My wife and I have used this type of accomodation many times and can safely recommend this apartment as one we would happily come back to.

Isla Canela is one of the great European tourist developments with some 7 kilometres of rustic sandy beaches, a marina with navigable canals, a nature reserve and much more. It is situated some 50 minutes drive from Faro airport in Portugal and around 75 minutes from Seville airport in Spain. Further connections are available from Jerez airport and many budget airlines are now flying into all three of these locations. The lovely little town of Ayamonte, which is the last town in Western Spain next to the Portuguese border, is just 5 minutes drive away. Portugal itself can be reached in 10 minutes by road bridge and there is also a car/passenger ferry which runs every hour from Ayamonte to Villa Real. Further afield, the stunning city of Seville and the Donana National Park, the largest in Europe, are both within easy driving of around 1 hour. Closer by there is a large water park and go-karting .
