  • Pool heating extra £75 per week. Essential in winter months. 12% state and county tax included in charge. £50 cleaning charge at end of stay if less than one week. Long terms stays - negotiable. £200 security deposit payable with final balance - refunded within 2 weeks of return following satisfactory 'exit' report. £100 per week deposit payable at time of booking. Final balance due 8 weeks before departure. Late checkouts cannot be guaranteed unless extra night is requested at time of booking. All Payments made through Paypal will incur the standard transaction fee (max. 4%), which will be deducted from the security deposit. Cheques are acceptable and the preferred method of payment.
