Our guests’ satisfaction is our main concern. With this in mind, we built Spiti Prifti in an idyllic green environment, in the picturesque village of Gouvia. The resort consists of 20 apartments, fully refurbished between 2003 and 2005. There is a swimming pool, a snack bar as well as a traditional Greek restaurant where you can enjoy authentic local dishes or simply have a cooling drink at the relaxing bar area. Our wish is to make your holiday the best ever by providing you with state of the art facilities, a 24 hour service and a lasting smile!

Our holiday complex is situated: 7 km away from Corfu town; 8km from Corfu airport; 6km from the port; 300m from Gouvia and Kontokali village; 500m from Gouvia Marina. Gouvia: Approximately 4 km long and 1 km wide, Gouvia has become one of the most popular tourist destinations on the island, offering both lively nightlife and quiet hillside spots. The resort has a definite nautical ambiance: it boasts a large yacht marina and was once a historic. Venetian naval base at one end of the beach you will find a ruined Venetian arsenal and the precariously beached wreck of a yacht. Adjoining Gouvia is the village of Kontokali. Bus stop for buses to Corfu town and most of the resorts on the north side of the island is just outside the complex.

Spiti Prifti Apartments are located 500m from Gouvia Marina. The Marina: Gouvia Marina is fully organised, offering facilities and services of high standards. The total capacity is 960 berths, on both permanent and floating pontoons, while there are dry dock facilities for approximately 520 boats. Moorings are available for boats up to 80 meters long and with 6 meters draught and for period up to 20 years. The marina operates all year round on a 24-hour basis. The marina's boat and personnel will provide all necessary assistance to those interested.

Beach information: The beach is 500 meters away from Spiti Prifti and 1,5 klm or so from the Blue Flagged, sandy beach at Kontokali. The beach is pebbly and organised with sun beds, sun umbrellas, showers and toilets while being accessible from both ends of the village. As with many Corfiot beaches it is child friendly but supervision is required.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for our lovely stay at your apartments! We stayed there from the 5th September 2005 till the 19th September 2005 for our honeymoon and had a brilliant time! Normally when we go on holiday we love to go to the beach but your pool was fantastic and some days felt like we had our own private pool! The food from the pool bar was brilliant! We must also say that your restaurant was the best we went to in Corfu and would come back again just for the food! Our apartment was also brilliant!You have a fantastic Hotel and Restaurant and your family should be very proud!! Once again thanks for making our honeymoon so special and hope to see you soon!! 10 out 10!!! Thanks again for everything!!!!!!
