House located at crossroads of the inland and outback Basque Country.

Ground floor: one bedroom with two beds, one living room, one dining room, one kitchen overlooking a terrace with barbecue and one pool attached to the property. One toilet, one shower, one laundry room. First floor: three bedrooms, one shower room. Equipment: oven, microwave, gas and electric hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing-machine.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Charges included
  • Rentals start from the Saturday, early afternoon, to the next Saturday, late in the morning. The calendar did not allow for a day overlap, so we had to fictitiously end the rentals on a Sunday. As soon as we confirm an agreement by email or by telephone, we send you a reservation contract and you have to pay a deposit.

  • April-May: € 500 per week. July-August: € 1300 per week. June-September-October: € 950 per week. After the agreement by email or by telephone, we send you a contract. Once we receive it back with the reservation cheque, the rental is effective. Balance due upon arrival. The security deposit is refunded at the latest 15 days after departure.

  • Arrivals on Saturdays from 3 p.m. (to arrange by telephone). Departure on Saturdays before noon (cleaning done).

  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 20% rent
  • Contractual booking deposit: 20% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR20.00
