La Gigotterie is a charming farmhouse, completely restored and located in the village of Parpeçay in the Indre region, just next to the Berry and Sologne. It has a superb view of the Nahon Valley and can accommodate up to 10 people. It has 2 bedrooms with double-beds, 1 large room able to sleep 4 children, 1 mezzanine with a double sofa-bed and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, it has a big dining room where you can host dinner for a good crowd and the living room has a great fireplace that makes for a very cosy atmosphere. The house is ideally situated for those wanting to holiday close to exceptional tourist sites such as the Chateau de Valençay, and other well-know Loire Valley chateaux such as Chambord, Chenonceau and Cheverny. You also have the Cher Valley and Sologne very close by, the Beauval zoo at Saint-Aignan, three 18-hole golf courses less than an hour away.
