Photos and Description of the Crain vacation chalet rental

In the countryside, we go mushroom picking in autumn, but also walnut, chestnut, apples... and then we make a delicious dinner, have a drink and a good laugh. In winter, we make nice walks in the woods. Then we come home early for a hot chocolate with crêpe and fritters made by the grandma. When the sunny days come, we take the bike to go to the market, riding across the Nivernais canal, we stop by the butcher shop, bye a good Charolais rib for the barbecue... And then a nap followed by a swimming in the pool.

So come and experience life, enjoy the simple pleasures of the countryside!

Rental Rates for this vacation chalet rental in Crain, France

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Peek season: from the 14th of July to the 17th of August 2012.
    High season: July - August 2012 School holidays of All Saint's Day, Christmas, February, spring, and summer except for the 14th of July to the 17th of august.
    Mid-season: April May, June, September and October, except for school and bank holidays.
    Low season: November, December, January, February, and March, except for school and bank holidays.
  • Prices are all inclusive.
    (sheets, beds made before arrival, towels, household linen, final cleaning, pets allowed for no extra cost)
    50% deposit upon booking and the balance is due 15 days prior to arrival.
    Holiday vouchers are accepted, credit card, cheque, and international bank transfer.
  • During the peek season, the rentals are for a minimum of 7 nights staring on Saturday.
    The chalets are available from 4:00pm and shall be left at 10:00am.
    For other seasons, possibility of rentals per night depending on availability, and breakfast upon request.
  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 50% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR200.00
