This superbly located Villa is 5 minute stroll to the Famous Villamartin Plaza with its fabulous Restaurants, shops & bars (not to mention the parrots & palm trees).The property is beautifully furnished to cater for your every need with Air conditioning cold or hot , washing machine, dish washer, microwave even a fruit juicer plus Satellite TV with English speaking programmes for your enjoyment, it has 3 good size bedrooms 2 twins with fitted wardrobes plus plenty of (coat hangers) 1 family bathroom 1 double bedroom and En-Suit with it's own large sun terrace, there is a further terrace leading from the Lounge both of which overlook the Communal Pool & Pretty Gardens to the front of the villa there is a second pool at the rear 1 min away. The villa is also only 5 min stroll to Villamartin Golf course and within easy reach the Royal Campoarmor and Las Rambas courses with many others less than 15min drive. La Zenia, Cabio Roig & many other beaches only 5 min drive away.

Villamartin is a very pleasant residential area with its whitewashed villas, colourful gardens and palms, numerous uncrowded beaches with magnificent views over the sparkling Mediterranean and the 'white sands' that are typical of the Costa Blanca, the beaches along the coastline close to Villamartin are Playa Flamenca, La Zenia Cabo Roig and Campoarmor. Within 40 minutes of La Manga, Cartagena & Murcia are some of the many interesting cities to visit. Airports: Murcia Airport 20 mins, Alicante Airport 45 mins away. There are many good markets to visit, alternatively a quiet holiday can be spent round the pool or on one of those beaches the choice is yours.

  • Change over days are normally Saturday to Saturday but we can be flexible. Occupancy is normally from 15.00hrs to Departure 10.00hrs to allow for cleaning and linen change over, on your arrival our key holder will normally meet you at the Villa or convenient meeting place to be confirmed, with the Keys and alarm code plus to assist in any enquiries you may have. WE HAVE NO HIDDEN EXTRA CHARGES. PAYMENT IN EURO ACCEPTED
  • Baby equipment: a travel cot and high chair are available free of charge: any further equipment i.e. push chair and car seats can be hired locally. AIR CONDITIONING COLD OR HOT , CLEANING, LINEN, LAUNDRY AND WELCOME PACK are inclusive in hire rates. PLEASE JUST BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS . Please let us know if you require plastic mattress covers for if required for a member of party.Will supply FOC.
  • Notes: rentals excess of 1 week will include bed linen and towels to be changed and laundered included in rental AFTER FIRST WEEK (not beach towels). At prices listed we will accept Euro's @ listed exchange rate, From our Euroland clients.

Notes on term of rental: Payment by Cheque or Cash only, A non-refundable Deposit £100 should be received within 7 days of confirmation of your booking with a Final Balance to be paid within 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your booking less deposit already paid. A refundable breakage deposit of £120.00 is required when making final payment in the unlikely event of damage, this is returned within 10 days after your holiday. Please note our villa is rented by property not per person Max 6 persons. CLIENTS MUST OBTAIN THEIR OWN COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY INSURANCE. The owner cannot be held responsible for Injury, Loss, Damage or cancellations.

Notes on cancellations: Any cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to commencement of your booking will result in Loss of non-refundable deposit, Cancellations between 4 to 8 weeks prior to commencement or your booking will result in 50% refund . Cancellations made within the last 4 weeks prior to commencement of your booking will normally not be refunded. Note : In the unlikely event of cancellation by the owner all monies will be refunded.

Notes on travel: We will assist in any way possible with making your travel arrangements and advise you in any problems you may have with flights, car hire, airport parking etc. If we can assist you in any way WE MAKE NO CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE please contact us.

Golf: GOLF INFORMATION. The Villa Martin golf course has been a frequent venue of the Mediterranean open, it is open all year round and is just a few minutes walk from the property. The contrasting courses of Las Rambas and Campoamor set in excellent surroundings with ample hazards of pine and palm trees not to mention the odd water obstacle to keep you alert all within a 5 min drive. The famous two Kentucky blue-Grass courses at La Manga are easily accessible via a 35min drive away, or the even visit the La Finca new PGA course which is only a 15min drive away plus there are many other courses to discover for your enjoyment. A Golfers Paradise!

Us six ladies have just returned from a wonderful holiday, we have stayed at Ron and Rita apartment for the previous 3 visits it has every thing you need and is spotlessly clean. Have already booked for next year! Book now you will not be disappointed.

We had a fabulous time at the villa. It was immaculate, extremely well maintained and furnished to a very high standard.
The villa is in an ideal locale. Quiet but only minutes walk away from the Plaza.
The owners provide exceptional customer service and were always on hand with advice when needed. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

Just to say thank you very much for a great holiday. The villa was excellent. Great location, very clean and had everything you could wish for. Also thanks for the golf clubs and shoes. Ian and the lads had a great day at Campoamar. Needless to say David won!! We would recommend your villa to anyone wanting a great holiday. Anne was a great help. Even the cooled bottle of wine was much appreciated. Thanks once again.
