(Pets are not allowed). 20 min walk from Bormes, a lovely village from the 12th century.

Tourist attractions: Bormes les Mimosas, a lovely ornate village from the 12th century. The most beautiful beaches of the French Riviera: Estagnol, Saint Claire, Cabasson and many more in a distance of 5 km. The coastal paths link the beaches along red rocks and coves of crystal clear water. The îles d'Or (Golden Islands: Port Cros, Porquerolles, Île du Levant) opposite the villa, only 30 min by boat. Finally, just above the house start lovely hikes through the garrigue, the Notre-Dame-de-Constance chapel, the panoramic viewpoint, the old castle of Bormes.....

As well as Jardin botanique du Rayol, Saint-Tropez, Sainte Maxime and all the gems of the coast are less than 30 km away!

    € 3000 in July € 4300 in August.

    € 500 Security deposit in cash + € 500 by cheque, refunded within 15 days or even at the end of your stay, if everything is OK and the house is clean.
  • You will be welcomed by the janitor who will, if you wish, be partly or fully in charge of the final cleaning (€ 20 per hour).
    For maid service during your stay, please ask upon arrival (€ 20 per hour).
    The pool is always cleaned by a company twice a week.
    The janitor also waters the plants twice a week, according to the temperature.

This is an really excellent holiday house, situated on a hill very close to Bormes-les-Minosas. The standard of accomodation is superb, and the house wonderfully clean and up to date.
There are 5/6 bedrooms. A double bedroom (en suite bathroom) and twin bedroom and shower in the main house. One double bedroom and bathroom attached to the main house but with exterior access. A further double bedroom, bathroom and single bedroom in a seperate small house in the garden above the main house.
There's Air Conditioning and an external gas BBQ.
The nearest boulongerie is down the hill in Bormes-les-Pin - a great run or walk in the morning.
Children friendly beaches are 10-15 minutes away at Cabasson or Estagnol.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
