Apartment in Vilamoura, Algarve, Portugal: This is a new development built and furnished to a very high standard. It is situated in a very nice area in Vilamoura known as 'The Old Village'. The property overlooks Pinhal Golf Course and The Four Seasons, which is very popular with golfers and families alike. Within 'The Old Village' there are some very nice restaurants, snack/bars, supermarket and a very cosy local pub/bar with evening entertainment, most major sports on TV and internet access. It is very close to Europe's largest marina with an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops. There are five 18 hole golf courses nearby, two beautiful beaches, various other sports and water sports/parks enjoyed by all ages!! The property comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and living room with dining area. There is also a lovely side balcony overlooking the private pool and a staircase leading to a roof garden with lovely views, complete with sun lounges.

It is approximately a 15 minute walk to the Marina with its beautiful yachts, restaurants and shops. You will also find the nearby blue flag Falesia beach. There are various water parks and the renowned Zoomarine where you can swim with the dolphins. There are five 18hole championship golf courses in Vilamoura. In 'The Old Village' there is a wonderful Michelin star restaurant known as 'Willies' which we would highly recommend for that special occasion. Eating out for all tastes (& pockets) are catered for. Likewise, night-life accommodates all tastes and ages. Locally there is a top rate fitness centre with can be used on a daily rate! For anybody into the 'Market' scene there is a really good one in the nearby town of Quarteira on Wednesday mornings. A visit to the nearby town of Loule is a must, even if only to ramble the narrow cobbled shopping streets. For the shoppers, there is Algarve Shopping, 15km and Portugal's largest shopping centre, well worth a visit.

the description of the penthouse was very accurate indeed perhaps better than described. it was in excellent condition and was cleaned regularly by tne maids with bed linen and towel changes. the owner pat lee was brilliant in communicating with us and giving us useful information. i would defineately recommend this property to a friend.
