Fantastic location 2 miles from Disney. Our luxury home is situated in the quite location of Rolling Hills 5 mins to Disney, close to several shopping malls and many golf courses. It is perfect for 1 or 2 families. It has been professionally furnished and decorated to the highest standards. Our beautiful home has 5 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, 1 twin, 1 bunk.) It has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar, utility room including washing machine and tumble dryer. An Informal dining area, a family room, an elegant sitting room and formal dining area. A large games room with pool table, air hockey & numerous games for all ages. The south facing swimming pool has an adjoining hot tub, there is a large deck area with sun loungers and a covered lanai area with table and chairs for outside dining & a BBQ. Rolling Hills is one of the closest developments near all the Disney Theme Parks just off Highway 192. There is a supermarket, chemist and numerous other shops very close by. There is also a selection of good quality Restaurants. There are several shopping malls within easy reach and numerous golf courses.

Other Activities: All Disney Theme Parks very close including Sea World, Universal, wet and wild

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • A non-refundable booking deposit of £200 is required at time of booking. Balance is required 12 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £250 against breakages / damage will also be required with the final payment and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection by the management company. All rates are subject to 13% Florida Tourist Taxes. If you stay for under 1 week there will be a cleaning charge of £80. There is an extra charge for pool heat at £110 per week (advised between November and March). Please confirm at time of booking.
    The full balance will be payable if cancellations are within twelve weeks of the commencement date. It is advised you insure against this.
    Rates are negotiable for late availability and for bookings over three weeks.

Great House in a Great Location

We would recommend this house without hesitation.

We have stayed in a number of houses in Orlando and this is definitely one of the best. It is a very well equipped house in a great location and is literally a few minutes drive to disney and is a credit to the hosts.

The children especially enjoyed the fabulous swimming pool and the games room in the garage.

From the ease of the booking process, to the information provided by Roger we certainly had a good feeling about the house and it did not disappoint.

I would also like to thank the management company in Orlando, who were helpful and efficient in dealing with a small problem we had with the air conditioning. All it needed was a quick call to a very friendly staff remember who arranged for someone to come round and the problem was fixed within a few hours.

So thanks again to the hosts for the great house and we whope we can book it again in the future.

Have just come back from two wonderful weeks at this fantastic villa, this home is a credit to Roger and Maureen. Everyone enjoyed the accommodation the pool is exceptional, the bedrooms wonderful, lots of space. Very close to WDW and the other parks. Fantastic location will definitely be coming again.

Perfect Location, Luxury Accomodation

We have just returned from a two weeks stay during the Easter Break. First impressions were captured by our childrens (12 & 10) first words of 'WOW' as we entered. The Villa is of a very high standard and exceptionally clean. The pool and jacuzzi were used every day (And night) and are a perfect size, set to just the right temperature so getting in is never a shock to the system.

The location could not have been more perfect. Set in a quiet location, but 2minutes to the nearest supermarket and 10minutes to Disney, meaning that we could go in the morning, come back for a swim and lunch and then go back again later and stay for the fireworks (which are well worth waiting for).

Everything is catered for, TV's in all the rooms, En-suites for the bedrooms and a huge Master suite. Would highly recommend staying and we shall definately be booking again.

Everything was just perfect....especially the pool!
All as advertised, clean and well-maimtained.
Excellent location from major attractions (10 mins Disney / 20 mins Universal).

We have recently returned from a two week holiday staying at this beautiful villa. We had a fantastic time, location was superb (only a couple of minutes from Disney and a short drive from International Drive) and the facilities the villa had to offer were absolutely brilliant. I would definitely recommend renting this villa and hope to return again in the future.
