Villa with private infinity pool and sea view in Costa Smeralda, Sardinia

Beautifully located, in the heart of the Emerald Coast.
From the swimming pool you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and admire at sunset the striking scenery offered by the San Pantaleo rocks.
From the terrace the view embraces the entire gulf, from Cala di Volpe to Porto Rotondo, with the small islands of Soffi e Mortorio in front of you.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with flowers and Mediterranean plants, in a quiet location, only a few minutes away by car from white sand beaches and crystal clear sea waters.
The stay is normally from Saturday to Saturday, but we accept also other days of the week.
Stays of at least two weeks will benefit from special conditions and especially during the peak season will get priority attention.

Excellent location and views with great host

The villa is exceptional with stunning gardens and views located 5 mins from san pantanelo a quaint Italian village with several restaurants The villa host paolo was very friendly and accommodating contacting us before we arrived, arranging a restaurant booking and meeting us at the property I would highly recommend a stay and we would definitley return

Just the best holiday ever!

The Island, the location, the villa, the infinity pool, the comfy beds, the quality of the towels & bed linen, the amount and range of kitchen equipment, the garden, the coffee machine, the weather, the friendly people, the tortoises - all perfect :) We seriously didn't want to go home. Arrived stressed, left chilled... The house is very private, it is easily large enough for 9 people and has all the facilities you need. The welcome on our arrival provided by Paolo and Georgio, not to mention their generosity in letting the sailors, James and Tom, move in a day early, set the tone for our holiday. The pool is beautifully clean and well kept. The views are just stunning, whether looking out to sea or inland at the magnificent rocky outcrops. There are several outside areas to sit and eat and there is a large roof terrace where you can just soak up the views. The villa is situated well off the main road down an unmade track and the entrance is through a solid wooden electric gate. There is a carport for two cars, plenty of grass areas, pretty flower beds and lots of areas to sit and find plenty of solitude if you want it. The pool area is magnificent and the newly purchased two floating 'bean bags' meant you could sit on the water and float above the coast below you, reading, sun bathing or just drinking in the views. While we were there we had full sunshine, great temperatures and occasionally a wind that was beautifully cooling when the temperature reached into the high 20s / low 30s. The nearest beach was a very short drive away but we preferred to walk down to the coast for a swim in the sea and it took less than 30 minutes (mainly on paths/unmade roads/quiet side roads). The nearest town, San Pantaleo, was about 5 minutes away where there is a small supermarket, plenty of places to eat/drink and a very busy market on a Thursday. Well worth a visit. We hadn't been there more than 24 hours before we all decided that we wanted to live in Sardinia. Thank you Georgio and Paolo. We think you have a wonderful holiday home and although I know you have plans to make it even more spectacular, we think you have a great property. Your generosity and friendliness couldn't have been better. We are very grateful and are very happy to recommend your villa to all our friends. I hope the rest of the season goes well for you. Beautiful Property, Stunning Location

My husband and I and our 11 month old daughter stayed at this villa in early June 2016. The villa is in a very quiet location up an unpaved road and is ideally located within a 10 - 20 minute drive of some absolutely beautiful beaches. The gardens of the villa are beautiful and very well kept and the pool is simply stunning. The owners Giorgio and Mariapia made us feel very welcome and were very responsive if we had any questions or problems. We would love to return to Sardinia and would definitely stay at this property again.
