3 large bedroom duplex, fully furbished, all rooms are with WC, jacuzzi or shower, wonderful panoramic seaview, large kitchen, with seaview!, large living room with cheminee , and flat screen TV, dinning room with balcony allowing to dine inside or outside.
Nearest Beach : beach at 1 Kilometres

Situated on the Datça peninsula, an hour away from Marmaris and mass tourism, facing the greek island of Symi and Rhodos, the house is very well situated by its hights, only few hundred mleters from the sandy beach of Ova buku, and about one mile from the beach of hayitbuku (the most popular)

Mesudiye is a small village who starts to become famous forinvestors who like to built their holiday home or live definitely in this area ! All the lands are all beautifull with olive trees, almonds figs etc...The building permission is really hard to get because mesudiye is a protected area, the nature is very nice and there won't be much concrete like in Bodrum or Marmaris.

This area are for those who like to take a deep breath, and be away from noisy cities, and have a relaxing holiday.
