There is a separate kitchen with a dining table and 4 chairs. The bedroom is a generous size with 2 twin beds, which can be zipped together to make a king, on request. The bedroom has air-con and there are fans available in each room also. The leather sofa, in the living room, converts into a double sofa bed. There is a newly tiled shower-room and separate toilet. Rue Florian is a small pedestrian street, tucked just off Cannes' most sought-after street.
