Very light, airy and spacious one bedroom apartment of 570sq ft interior and 505 sq ft of sun terrace with fantastic sea and La Gomera island view. It is facing south and is sunny all day. Magnificent sunsets guaranteed!!! The apartment is furnished and the open plan kitchen is fully fitted. The apartment also offers Satellite tv, dvd/cd player, films, Cd's, board games, books, air-fan, hair-dryer, iron & iron board, reinforced main door, video intercom, double glaze windows, marble floor and 3 big built-in wardrobes. Community garden and swimming pool. Lift and disable access. Free and easy parking on street. The development area has 24 hour private security guard as well as the local police.

Palm Mar is a privilege housing development area located on the south west coast of Tenerife between two Natural Reserves and the sea, near Los Cristianos. Being 100% residential, the projects for Palm-Mar do not allow for Hotels, loud nightlife or excessive traffic, just peaceful and calm beauty for people to sit back and enjoy. This is an excellent location for those one who wish to stay close to everything but in an elegant, friendly and exclusive area. The tourist resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas are just 5 to 10 minutes drive. Within 3 minutes walk from the apartment you will reach Palm Mar beach. The promenade will lead you to the magnificent nature reserve of Malpais de la Rasca which is popular for hikking and strolls. There you would be able to discover a volcanic and colourful landscape by the sea. Also enjoy the breathtaking views of Los Cristianos town and mount Teide.

For the keen golfers the beautiful golf club Los Palos is just 2 minutes away, it is a quaint 9 hole course, with driving range, putting green, and a lovely cafeteria at the entrance. Golf del Sur, Amarilla Golf, Las Americas Golf, Costa Adeje Golf are within 10 minutes drive from El Palm Mar.

Palm Mar: As this urbanisation/housing development is situated on the tip of the island and because of it being enclosed between the mountain and the reserve, it enjoys a real micro-climate, has hardly ever any wind, and benefits from a tranquil and wonderful bay. The natural reserve Malpaís de la Rasca has a surface of 315 ha and enjoys a special protection as it is the habitat of several indigenous Canarian flora and fauna.

*The qualities of the apartment are irreproachable with a beautiful sight on the sea. We have a very good memory of our stay.
*Very nice apartment in a calm area. It was clean and well equipped. The residence looks very good and the swimming pool is beautiful. Very good place to stay if you want to move a bit away from the noise of the crowded Las Americas.
*The view is great, the terrace is huge and wonderful. The pool is very nice. The kitchen is perfect and well equipped. *We had a great time. The sun terrace is fabulous!The apartment was also good. Your photos on the website don't do it justice! Palm Mar was just exactly what we were looking for! We wanted to get right away from the hurly-burly, noise, bright lights, etc.It was so restful. We loved it. We would recommend the apartment to family, friends, etc. *The apartment was exceptional and enjoyed the tranquility of the area and and had some nice food in the cafe next to super bar. We enjoyed the walks.

the apartment was great. it has everything you need for a restful holiday. the sun terrace is very large and nice and we enjoyed our meals every day on it.
Palm Mar is a very beautiful quiet place which is still in construction. there are no big hotels in this area.
it is advisable to hire a car if you want to see much of this beautiful island.
we will come back !
