Do you have a week of holidays? Come and stay at Saint-Cyprien-Plages, in this house located in a quiet and residential district, 300 metres away from the beach with a 100 sq.m of terrace and its secured ground of 370 sq.m protecting the privacy of everyone.

The 9x4x1.56 swimming pool is heated at 28 degrees and secured by an electric shutter.

6 mountain bikes, two of which for children, are available.

Both kitchens lead to an azure wood arbour, one which is equipped with a 6 m long awning, allowing you to enjoy the sun or shade all day long.

The equipments are the following: 2 washing machines, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 refrigerators/freezers, 3 flat screen televisions, 2 canvas couches.

Since we have more and more requests during low season, a heat pump has been installed so that the swimming pool is to your liking all year long.

Internet was installed in early 2012.

The house is in a recent urbanization of 6 years, the main works are now over; very quiet, of about fifteen houses; you can park a vehicle inside the property.

The garden is fully enclosed and secured.

The closeby corner shops less than 300 m away are the following: a 'Casino' mini-market, a pizzeria, a bakery-patisserie, a very nice Catalan wine merchant!

A 'U' supermarket with a small shopping centre 600 m away by bike.

A local market takes place twice a week; it is just 300 m away, by the beach.

For early birds, fresh fish can be bought every morning (at the harbour from 8.30 a.m., 2 km away by bike) by Catalan fishers. Unbeatable prices!!

Very pleasant, the mackerel, the sardine or the fresh anchovy from Mé.

Golf : the international Saint-Cyprien golf course has 18 holes and is open throughout the year...

It is a point of reference for golfers, always very well maintained with peak points in June...Moreover, its brasserie is recommendable as well as its restaurant with unlimited sea buffet..

Skiing: the nearest ski resort is Fond-Romeux located 100 km away, that is, 1:30 drive away...The ski resort is very nice with many black slopes...

Trendier, the Andorra la Vella ski resort is located 15 km further with the additional appeal of tax-removed products such as cigarettes and alcohol...(Le Ricard costs €9,90 per litre!! For connaisseurs, it is a very good deal!!)

    You will receive the house presentation brochure in which you will find the itinerary, the plans of the different rooms with about a hundred pictures that feature the entire house.
    Security deposit of €1000, refunded 15 days after your departure.
    The final cleaning will cost you €125 (please contact us before your arrival).
    The amenities, sheets, fitted sheets, bath and beach towels with shampoo and dermatological shower gel will be included in the amenities from the 15th of September 2012! Great for holiday makers who travel by plane!
    The pool will be heated for free.


  • Tourist taxes are included in the price.
    New for the pool: since we have more and more request in low season, a heat pump will allow you to enjoy hot water throughout the year (except in December).
    We wish you excellent swims under the sun of Saint-Cyprien-Plages in November or February.
    The large LED televisions as well as the Wi-Fi connection upstairs have been available since early 2012.

  • The bathroom and its separated toilet are located on the ground-floor; accessible for disabled persons (we can add a bed on the ground-floor, please contact us), the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub of 170x60 with thermostatic shower and towel warmer. The bathroom bowl sink is made of china, with a large mirror and storage cupboards (a hair dryer and iron are at your disposal to help you out). Another small shower room with toilet and window with an outdoor view is located upstairs next to the three bedrooms. A solar shower is also available next to the pool. The Internet access has been available since early 2012.

  • 2 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 baby cot. All rooms are tiled and quite large. Two are air-conditioned (you can also, if you wish, air-condition the entire house.) All rooms are equipped with wardrobes and recent bedding with beds of 140 x 190 and 160 x 190 for 2 bedrooms including one with a baby cot of 120x60. Just in case! A high chair is also available. Another bedroom, smaller, is equipped with two bunk beds of 90x190 cm. Two bedrooms have a view of the pool and the Pyrenees, another of the garden. The pillow cases measure 50x50 cm. Information: from the 15th of September, sheets and towels will be provided. Bed of 160x190. All the adults' bedrooms have a dressing room and a white big screen LED television. Sheets, fitted sheets, bath towels and beach towels are included in the price for bookings starting after the 15th of September 2012!!!

Notes: Maintenance of the lawn and pool suction is carried out every week (from April to the end of October) by Sylvie, our landscaper. An automatic watering system waters plants at night (throughout the year depending on the season). This helps the olive tree of about 80 years, the palm trees, the bougainvilleas and all vegetation to handle the region's warmth between June and October. Very pleasant, a small nap in the early afternoon on a Vlaeminck pool deckchair surrounded by bamboos under a palm tree. New! Several lightnings complete the whole garden and pool surrounding which allows you to spend nicer moments at night around the pool. From the 15th of September 2012, the sheets, fitted sheets, pillow cases, 2 bath towels and 1 beach towel of 420 g are included in the amenities!
