Set in the urbanization of Pueblo Patricia, this beautifully furnished South facing 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house complete with roof terrace is an ideal holiday destination for both families and couples. It is 1 of only 7 houses that face directly onto the swimming pool. Shops and restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk and the beach is just 10 minutes away.The house has a TV which receives English channels. The house also has heating for the winter months!!

Excellent Property for Relaxing Holiday

The house and location were exactly as described. Pool was very good and just outside the front door. The complex was clean and well maintained. No criticisms at all.

The taxi and welcome pack were exactly as arranged. Very convenient, less than 10 minutes from the airport.

Los Alcazares is ideal for families or for a relaxing holiday. Good beach with plenty of beach bars. The promenade is as described and ideal for taking a stroll, cycling or running. Only a few restaurants on the sea front but plenty to choose from in the main square.

I would recommend the property to friends & relatives and we do intend to go back.

Ideal property for a holiday. We had a lovely time and were joined by our grandchildren for one of our weeks stay. Trevor, Sandra, Lawrence and Bodo who provided the taxi service are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.. This is our second time we have booked with Trevor and would love to go back.

Great Location Beautiful House

Los Alcazares is ideally situated within a short and flat walking distance to supermarkets, bars, good restaurants and a great beach. The house was just as described. Clean, comfortable, well furnished with all mod cons. The patio area overlooked the well kept gardens and pool and was lovely for relaxing. Trevor, the owner, provided a good stressfree service, replying quickly to all our booking enquiries and we would also like to thank him for arranging our airport pick-ups.
We have no hesitation in recommending this house and location to anyone looking for a great holiday.

Great Holiday!

El Divino is a lovely, quiet and secure development very close to the town plaza with restaurants and amenities and just a short walk to the beach beyond this. The house had plenty of space for us and our two teenagers and was situated perfectly in front of the pool. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Ideal Location

Three adults and a four year old enjoyed a great holiday at this spacious well equipped house. Fitted with modern appliances there was everything to ensure a relaxing time. Shops, restaurants and the excellent beach are all an easy level walk away. The grounds of the El Divino complex are secure and well looked after. Trevor's house has probably one of the best locations in the complex with the front garden being literally steps away from the swimming pool. Would not hesitate to recommend.

A Relaxing Holiday in an Ideal Location

Had a fantastic stay at Trevor’s El Divino house. Everything was very well organised with good communications from Trevor. The house is superbly equipped and situated in a secure and immaculately kept complex. We had a lovely warm welcome from Sandra, the key holder, who also organised our airport taxi. Bodo the taxi driver was very friendly and at the end of the holiday drove us back to the airport, even taking us and our luggage to the check-in desk. Sandra’s husband Laurence met us on the last day and gave us a cheery goodbye.

The house is south facing, giving lots of sunshine and also has nice pool views. A shopping centre, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach are only a short walk away. The beach and promenade are kept very clean.

Lidl, Consum, Mercadona and El Arbol Supermarkets catered to our every wish. Down at the beach, there are lovely bars with views of the Mar Menor. Our favourites were Bar Vista, Alaska and El Encarnacion.

Cheap internet access at 1.5 euros for 1 hour, can be found in the shopping centre, at the little bookshop which is almost opposite Angela‘s Restaurant.

Bus services are good and reasonably priced. It costs about 4 euros per person return, to go to Cartagena; catch the bus outside Consum Supermarket. Cartagena has lots to offer with attractive side streets, the beautiful harbour and the Roman Theatre/Museum, costing about 6 euros each to enter. Buses to San Javier, Santiago de la Ribera, San Pedro and Torrevieja can be caught outside the Deutsche Bank. Boats go across the water to La Manga. San Pedro has a brilliant market on a Monday. Torrevieja is an agreeable day out, with lots of shops and a lovely promenade and beach front. There is a wonderful restaurant there called El Muelle, serving excellent Italian food.

Everyone that stays loves the fact that the house is south facing and gets the winter sunshine all day long and also that Los Alcazares is so flat and ideal for walking.
What could be nicer than lunch down at the beach in the middle of December!!??

Los Alcazares is a lovely holiday town on the Costa Calida (warm coast) in the Murcia region of Spain. The town is situated on the western shore of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga. The Mar Menor is always 3-4 degrees C warmer than the Mediterranean and the area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. Along it’s shores there are a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants providing drinks, tapas, meals and entertainment. The warm and shallow waters of the Mar Menor make the resort a mecca for sailing, windsurfing and jet skiing enthusiasts.

Los Alcazares has a 7km promenade where you will find over 20 beach bars serving drinks or snack type meals. You can also hire sun beds, parasols and pedallos. Being as flat as it is, cycling is very popular in Los Alcazares and bikes can be hired from several hire shops in the town. You can also hire motorbikes behind the Deutsche Bank in the El Oasis development at the North end of town.
