This architect house was built in 1974. One-storey house, very spacious (170 m²), for

10 persons, its design is judicious, it offers some large openings and some magnificent views

of the mountains. It is located at the edge of a forest, in a very quiet environment, the night area is

distant from the day area, allowing everyone to live following his rhythm.

It is an open-plan kitchen which opens, through a bar, on the dining room.

This house has:

A living room of about 60 m², with a panoramic view of

the Chartreuse range, equipped with wood burning stove, offering a specific

atmosphere and warmth in winter (offering a specific

a living room, and work or game area, as well as carpet in front of of the stove.

A mezzanine has a television, and can be used as reading

lounge or games room.

The hamlet of La-Croix-de-Pinet (840 m altitude) is located 7 km away from the centre of Saint-Martin d'Uriage (where you will find shops, swimming pools, etc.).
