Photos and Description of the Clermont vacation rental Sleeps up to 10 persons.

Our very comfortable 4 bedroom pool home is on Highway 27, just 15 minutes from the magic of the Disney campus. We have TVs, DVD, VCR, books and games for rainy days. Robin's Nest is air-conditioned, has ceiling fans in all, and is carpeted for comfort. There are 2 large living rooms, both with comfortable couches and dining tables and chairs. The games room has table tennis, pool table, foosball, darts, quoits. Themed bedrooms. Master bedroom overlooks the pool, and has an en suite bathroom. The kitchen is open plan, with all home comforts. FREE high-speed wi-fi internet access. FREE calls within the USA and Canada. FREE calls to landlines in the UK, Ireland, Spain, France and Italy. FREE highchair/buggies/strollers The pool has an extra large deck, with good quality sun beds, and a table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are 3 more pools in the community centre across the road from us, one being for toddlers. There's also free sporting facilities.

DISNEY 15 minutes. Our villa is on Weston Hills, on the popular Highway 27, just north of Highway 192. Weston Hills is a gated community, set among the orange groves and lakes of Lake County. Atlantic beaches and the Gulf of Mexico beaches are just over an hour away. Orlando Airport is 35 minutes. Louisa State Park is only 5 minutes away, where you will find nature trails and beaches. Fishing is a popular sport. There are many Championship golf courses within easy reach. Weston Hills is close to all amenities, including fast food outlets, restaurants, banks, gas stations, DVD rental, dentists, chiropractor. Walmart is only 3 minutes away, and there are 3 more supermarkets close by.

Notes: The villa has 2 large living rooms, both with comfortable armchairs, couches, and tables and chairs. The 1st living room is where the adults can have some peace and quiet!, while the 2nd living room has the fun items - TV, DVD player, VCR, stereo, books, jigsaws, and games. The games room has a pool table, foosball table, table tennis, darts, and quoits. The villa also has buckets and spades etc. for the beach. The 26 ft x 12 ft pool can be heated. Carpeting is throughout the villa, with the exception of the kitchen area and bathrooms. Full air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all home comforts. Fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, garbage disposal, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. All linen is provided, including pool towels.

Golf: There are many Championship golf courses a short drive from Weston Hills. Highlands Reserve Legends King's Ridge Orange Lake Country Club Falcon's Fire Celebration Golf Club Disney

Sailing/fishing: There are a number of lakes in the area where boats can be hired.

Swimming: The best places for swimming are either at Disney's Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon or Discovery Cove. There's also Wet 'N Wild, and Sea World's Aquatica. The nearest beaches are about 1 1/2 hours away. A long way to go, but try Tarpon Springs on the Gulf Coast, where you can see dolphins in the wild.

Other Activities: Basketball, volleyball, running track, football pitch. Crazy Golf is a short drive.
