The villa has 3 large shower room with WC, walk-in faïence tiles showers with mosaics and fillets, twin wash basins in each bathroom under red wood worktops in a blue teak deck style. Mirrors effects add a plus to these areas very trendy and lightened by halogens. Solar hot water, and additional electric device if needed. In addition to the 3 bathrooms, there is a large oval bathtub in the 33 sq.m suite next to the bed, from which you can see the sea and the pool. Small and large towels as well as bathmats are provided. Each bathroom has a hair dryer. There is a separate WC with a wash basin in the living room.

In the gazebo, facing the pool and the sea, there are 2 spinning bikes plus several devices, and a relaxation area with a bed (160cm) and pillows. You will find double fronted fridge, wine cellar, Nespresso and regular coffee maker, Electrolux oven and microwave, Seb multifunction food processor, complete crockery and cutlery for 15/18 persons, and 2 large glass and stainless steel tables with 12 chairs.
Utility room opening onto the patio, washing machine, tumble-dryer and storage area for the household linen and the groceries.
6 adjustable 'bali' sun loungers.
