This is a prime location 150 m from the beach and 400 m from the centre of Bois Beach (daily morning market) without any of the inconveniences of summer hustle and bustle. It is peaceful, with little road traffic and a stone's throw from the heavenly fine sandy beach. It is ideal for swimming and all water sports. Both young and older people love to relax here at any time of the day.

It offers all comfort, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bathtub, two shower cubicles, two toilets, and a large terrace with stone barbecue.

The private pool has a security gate and a corner staircase. An robot vacuum cleaner cleans the pool.

Only 40 m away is a square, a children's playground, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court, a boules ground, and swimming lessons.

We are 400 metres from all shops and services, from a well-known market that is bustling every morning, a bakery, a butcher’s, a fishmonger's, a supermarket, a newsagent / bookshop, a bank, an A TM the post office, the tourist information centre, the library, riding stables, etc.

We are 3 km from Saint-Martin Harbour with abundant restaurants.

Everything is close by; forget your car for a while.

About Ms. Jaufrais Annie

I was born on the Île de Ré near Bois Beach. I remain very fond of my home village, despite having been away for many years. The extensive, fine sandy beach facing southwest is outstanding. Since where we were born is a place like this we know to go and we long to go back.

After having been away for a number of years, I have had to come back when possible.

Ms. Jaufrais Annie purchased this house in 2006

Lovely house with pool, great location.

This is a lovely house in excellent condition and very well equipped for all requirements. It is a great location near a beautiful beach and just a short distance from the village. The pool is lovely, unfortunately the weather was not. This was no fault of the owners who were most pleasant, kind and welcoming. They were most helpful to us any time we asked for assistance. I would highly recommend renting this lovely house from the very accommodating owners.

Perfect for a relaxing family holiday

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay in this very comfortable house in Le Bois Plage in July 2011. We have 3 young children and the house was very suitable for us. The house is well equipped, the garden is secure and the pool was safe with a security fence. It was delightful to enjoy meals on the sun drenched terrace. The house is within walking distance of a lovely beach and the village with the daily market. We did not need a car. The owners are very welcoming and accomodating.

Maison très sympa

Super séjour dans cette maison où tout est bien, proprété impeccable, literie super,

deux salles de bains très grandes, piscine super propre, jardin fort agréable au calme et accueil très sympa des propriétaires qui sont au petit soin.

une semaine superbe !

Vaste maison de plain-pied très confortable, très agréable et facile à entretenir, (idéale pour les premiers pas d'un bébé tonique !) au fond d'une impasse où l'on peut garer la voiture. La terrasse, la piscine, la grande table en teck et les transats offrent de beaux moments de farniente et de convivialité. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et bienveillants, attentifs au bien-être de leurs hôtes. La proximité des commerces, du marché (tous les matins) et de la plage familiale permettent de tout faire à pied où à vélo. Nous avons eu un magnifique soleil durant tout notre séjour, et puis l'île est magique !

Owner's Response: Tous les vacanciers séjournant dans ma villa l'apprécient grâce à sa taille, ses équipements intérieurs et extérieurs avec l'usage de la piscine privée, son calme, sa luminosité, (en revanche, des volets roulants et un grand store permettent de la protéger du soleil aux heures chaudes, l'été). Par ailleurs, elle est toute proche de la plage et de toutes les commodités, ce qui n'entrave en aucune façon sa quiétude. Enfin, je veille, en y participant activement, à ce que la maison, le jardin comme la piscine soient confiés aux vacanciers dans un état de propreté irréprochable : cuisine, sanitaires, poussières, sols, remplacement des protège-matelas et protège-taies à chaque changement de famille. ceci, pour moi fait implicitement parti du contrat. Ma plus grande satisfaction : le plaisir des vacanciers d'avoir passé un excellent séjour chez moi.

Séjour vraiment génial.

Location très bien située, proche d'une très belle plage et des commerces.

Superette, boulangerie, location de vélo, tout à pied, pas de voiture à prendre.

Location très fonctionnelle, parfaite pour 2 familles. Très bien entretenue et aménagée.

Piscine idéale pour jeune enfant car très bien sécurisée.

Le tout par 30° à l'ombre....

Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

We are 150 m away from the main beach, which is a lengthy fine sandy beach that is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, walking, and jogging. There is a beach volleyball club.

There is not a lot of traffic, making this a great place for bikes.

400 m away from 1st April to 30th September, there is a daily morning market.

From 1st October to 31th March, there are Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday markets, as well as markets during school holidays.
