A tasteful villa (also in the winter)

I spent some winter days with some friends at Villa Montecristo, expecting to get some relax, to read, to visit Elba Island. As we saw from the (beautiful) street Villa Montecristo, we knew we’d have loved much more that splendid house than all the other place to go around.
Very tasteful, charmful, sweet, the villa has a great architectural personality and is full of historical details (Napoleone is the theme).
The villa is also very functional: many bathrooms allow big groups to cohabit without problems, a big and fascinating kitchen provided with every possible instrument to cook (we cooked a lot, by the way, using typical Tuscan food), and the living room is equipped for entertainment (tv, hi-fi).
The owners are more than kind, very friendly and available to find solutions to all little requests (place to visit, open restaurants et cetera); the house, by the way, was very clean and fully supplied. I’ll certainly try to come back to Villa Montecristo also in the summer. Highly recommended for any kind of tourist (families with children, or groups of friends).
