This is a tastefully furnished, modern, 2 bedroomed apartment with a spacious terrace which overlooks the communal lagoon-shaped pool, gardens, surrounding hillsides and, of course, the Mediterranean Sea. It is situated on small development, next to the national park of Sierra d'Irta. Air-conditioning for added comfort. Close to Peniscola with its miles of golden beaches, clean sea, restaurants, shops etc this is a wonderful base for a family holiday - there is something for everyone!

Location: Valencia - Costa del Azahar < Spain

Peniscola is on the Costa Azahar - Orange Blossom Coast. It is a beautiful, unspoilt area of Spain, and is ideally situated for either a beach holiday or as a base to go exploring the wonderful countryside, historic walled towns inland, or to experience the vibrant and exciting cities of Barcelona and Valencia. A car is recommended as the property is 3km from Peniscola centre and the main beaches. There is a local bus servic into town during high season (June-Sept). Reus Airport is just over an hour's drive to the north, Barcelona is 2hrs 30mins drive north and Valencia is 1 hrs drive south. Port Aventura, near Tarragona, the Universal Studio's theme park makes a wonderful day out and is 1.15 hrs drive. The rail service is very easy to use and is efficient and very reasonable.

The diningliving area has patio doors which open onto the terrace. There is a TV and DVD. Air Conditioning.
