The owner lives next to the house, in the church s rectory. During its restoration, all the original characteristics of the structure were maintained and the original building materials were re-used. Beautiful and extensive views over the hills. Peaceful position. Equipped garden (100 m2). Parking. Laundry room (washing machine) shared with the owner. DISTANCES: 1.5 km various shops, 13 km Siena.
