Swimming pool (7x14) (5/5-29/9) with a sun terrace. Equipped outdoor area with built-in barbecue and wood oven. Possibility to have a cook. Access along 800 m of dirt track road. Reasonably comfortable, rustic-style furniture. Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 3 km from Siena (various shops, tennis courts), 7 km horse riding school, 35 km Castelfalfi (golf course), 40 km Terme di Petriolo (thermal baths), 70 km Florence and Lake Trasimeno. (60 m2) 1st fl.: living/dining room with kitchen corner and divan bed, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower.
