Latry, a beautifully renovated traditional charentaise farm, is situated in the rolling hills near the Charente Dordogne border. On site you will find a children's and a 6X12m swimming-pool, both flood-lit. The 2-bedroom house is fully equipped, with private south facing terrace and garden. The lovely living room is nicely furnished and opens on the terrace overlooking the park with a view of the swimming pools in the back ground. For the little ones two play areas and plenty of space! For the rest of the family, all sorts of activities in the vicinity: golf, canoeing, horse-riding, rambling, tennis,fishing...Plus plenty of restaurants and local bar!
