'Pradas' was recently renovated to provide a light, spacious home with rustic furniture. The pool is 10 x5m2. It has a large garden of 1200m2 set in 3 hectares in the country side. A fully equipped kitchen/ Dining area and table seating 8. 2 double bedrooms & 3 twin bedrooms. Barbeque, Table and 8 chairs on the front terrace and 4 sun lounges by the swimming pool which is on the left side of the building and is fenced off and alarmed. Beautiful spacious lounge room with fireplace chairs and sofa. Hi-fi system, TV, wood burning fire, radio, CD player, DVD player. Kitchen facilities:- Gas oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, tumble dryer, washing machine.

The farm house is located 3kms from St Girons, 30 minutes from Foix and 1hr from Toulouse. In the Ariège region, a contrasting land with sportive, cultural activities or for just relaxing. There are many activities in this area and plenty of places to visit. Horse riding; Equestrian centres; Golf; Ariege Golf Course only 20 min drive; Cathar Castles; Prehistoric park & caves, visits. A spectacular walk through prehistoric time in Tarason great for families. Visit the caves Mas d’azil & Niaux nearby. Markets; Saturday morning in Saint Girons; Animal Parks & Farms; Visit goat farm & animal parks for children; Walks & Hiking; Walking for all standards, easy walking in foothills with children to more challenging hikes for sea.

beautifully but partially restored farmhouse

there is no garden but a unleveled grassy area without proper fencing ( cows from nearby fields visited us several times ).
also septic tank leakage occured every morning in the "garden", causing bad smells. the phenomenon seems linked to the emptying of the baths.
the owners are living far away and nobody on site is able to take charge.Despite several e-mails the owners are not answering.
