Pretty self-catering new house, 100m away from the beach, high comfort, very peaceful, bright, functional and quiet that enables sleepyheads to have lie-ins! Shops are nearby, fine sandy beach opposite the Channel islands with magnificent sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, nice decoration, lawn of 400m2 with big terrace that enables you to have breakfast under the sun or in the shade, depending on your choice, private parking. Quiet location, wild for those who like the sea, relaxation, nature, great hiking paths, especially the "Chemin des Douaniers" on the Cap de Carteret. At low tide, you have the possibility to go fishing (oysters, mussels, shrimp, and lobsters). This house enables you to spend nice holidays with family or friends, to taste excellent seafood and to recharge your batteries.

Location très agréable

Très bonne location qui correspondait à notre attente : intérieur agréable, belle terrasse, espace suffisant avec 3 enfants, proche de la mer. Seul bémol : les charges étaient plus élevées que l'estimation annoncée (15 à 30€) : note finale de 50€ pour un usage normal, sans excès.
