This very typical old Parisian apartment with hardwood floors, visible stones and beams has also all modern conveniences : domestic electrical, Wi-Fi broadband internet connection, Hi-Fi system, free phone calls towards 50 destinations... It was completely renovated in 2001-2002 The apartment is made up a large und luminous living room with a very nice library and an American kitchen completely equipped, and a bedroom, also very quiet, looking onto the courtyard. The large sofa bed of the living room allow to welcome comfortably 2 other persons. The apartment is ideal for a couple, with or without their two children. ATTENTION : an extra charge of 25 euros per night is asked in case of a rent for 3 or 4 persons. Degressive rent from 15 days.
