Spacious modern first floor apartment, sleeping 6, with a large south west facing terrace with sun from midday until sunset. The tastefully furnished accommodation comprises: Fully equipped modern kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob with full oven, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster; Spacious living area furnished with three comfortable settees, coffee table and is equipped with satellite TV, DVD,radio/CD/cassette player, free standing fans, dining area with table, six chairs. Patio doors lead onto the sun terrace, furnished with table, chairs sunloungers and overhead adjustable sun blinds. Master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobe and patio doors leading onto the sun terrace. Two twin bedrooms, the larger having a fitted wardrobe, the smaller having a modern storage unit. Full second family bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, bedside tables and lamps. Extras include, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, heaters.

Pueblo Mediterraneo is located in eastern Nerja, approximately 400m from Burriana Beach, located in a quiet part of Nerja, yet within fifteen minutes walk of the bustling town centre. The apartment is located on the first floor, with views of the swimming pool and across to the town. A five minute walk brings you to the 'Blue Flag' award Burriana Beach area with its many restaurants, bars, beach shops, supermarket, sport and play areas. The attractive nearby town has numerous bars and restaurants, some located in the quaint narrow streets, banks, shopping area, other beaches and the Balcon de Europa. The famous caves of Nerja are on the outskirts of town and Granada is just over an hours drive away. Just behind Nerja are the foothills of the Sierra Almijara Natural park with excellent walking opportunities. Picturesque villages nearby include Frigiliana and Torrox Pueblo.

  • The price includes electricity, linen and towels (excluding beach towels), a welcome pack is provided on arrival. A cot is available at a cost of £10 per week.
    Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday (from 4:00pm on the date of arrival to 10:00am on the date of departure). However, we are happy to accept flexible changeover days and times subject to negotiation. Additional days are charged at pro rata cost. Long term lets by arrangement. The Costa del Sol/Malaga Area: The coastal microclimate is isolated from that of the rest of Spain by the enclosing mountains and is ideal for all year round holidays The area is steeped in Moorish history, shown by the narrow winding street layouts of the older towns and white villages. the Alhambra palace in Granada is a 90 minute drive away. The luxury resorts of Marbella, Puerto Banus are only a 90 minute drive away. Historical Malaga can easily be reached by bus from Nerja and historic Gibraltar can be reached in two and half hours. Other places of interest close by include, Competa, Lake Vinuela and Salobrena. There are two water parks within a twenty minute drive of Nerja. Andalucia is renowned for its golf courses, the nearest being Baviera (15 minutes) and Anoreta (25 minutes) between Nerja and Malaga

Nerja Area: The area is suitable for those seeking a relaxing or family holiday, or for those seeking a more active holiday, the area offers excellent walking, diving and the opportunity to visit the beautiful mountain areas of the Axarquia. For those preferring not to hire a car, buses and taxis are readily available. A short drive will take you to the secluded beaches to the east of Nerja or inland to the foothills of the Almijara Natural Park, with its many tracks, footpaths and picnic areas. Alternatively, a short drive or bus ride to the west will bring you to the resort of Torrox Costa with its beach, vast promenade and numerous bars and restaurants. Activities in the area are endless, most water sports, hiking, horse riding etc. are available. There is a large shopping centre at Velez-Malaga with cinema, food arcade and bowling alley. Further information regarding activities available can be provided by the owners on request, a comprehensive information pack is provided in the apartment.

We have just returned from our holiday in Nerja. This is the second time we have visited the resort but we had previously stayed at another apartment near to this one. We love the area and the apartment itself was excellent. It is spacious and clean and there is everything you need in it. Ros and Mike were very helpful from the moment we enquired about the apartment. They had also left a welcome pack for us when we arrived which we were very grateful for as we arrived later on in the evening. The pool area is also very nice and there are plenty of beds. The beach, bars and restaurants are about 10 mins walk away. We will visit Nerja again in a couple of years and we will definitely look to rent this apartment again. Thanks Ros and Mike for helping to make our holiday so enjoyable.

My self and my husband where in need of a very well earned break , so we looked on the internet for nerja as we had been before. We emailed a few people but only Mike and Ross replyed to us . They where so helpful from day one and everything went very well . When we arrived we had all we needed and more to start our holiday with ease, the apartment was massive and could fit a family of six with ease, it had all we needed an a fantastic balcony. Mike and Ross where so helpful if we needed anything and we will be going back again next year. Thanks again to you both for all your help with taxis (you saved us a fortune) and just for being really nice people and having the perfect place for us to stay . xxx
