19th century FARM, 250sqm of living space on 2000sqm of flat land, with 12sqm pool and fully equipped pool house. Garden full of flowers with palmtrees, etc. Absolutely lovely! Italian-style garden painted in Venetian colours. Extraordinary green settings, hundred-year-old park in front of the house. Absolutely peaceful. It feels like being at the countryside, yet it is only 1km away from Cannes's famous Croisette and 350m away from the southern beaches! There is a bus stop, a chemist and a snack-bar that sells food products everyday, just down the street. There is absolute intimacy at the pool. Nobody can see this area; you will feel just like at home. There is an alarm and guardrails for small children, just in case. The swimming pool is lit underwater. The pool house is fully equipped with bar and equipped and sheltered kitchen. Large table for 10 under an arbour. Nice lighting with spherical floor lamps, fully equipped, garden furniture with cushions, sun umbrellas and small tables

La Croix des gardes is "THE" protected green area in Cannes. You can go on beautiful walks; paths have been built to make walking easier.

  • 50 percent upon reservation, preferably banking transfer or cheque. Balance should be paid by cheque or in cash upon arrival. Safety deposit cheque of 5000 Euros, which will be given back upon departure. In case of damage, an amicable agreement is preferred. Final cleaning is charged 250 Euros. It includes full cleaning of the villa, pool, terraces, washing and ironing of the linen. It must be paid upon arrival. Included in the rent: 3 hours of weekly cleaning, linen and towels changed once a week, water, garden upkeep. Not included: final cleaning: 250 Euros, electricity (individual meter) telephone (allofac service) GREAT PRICE! --------------- For the last week of August (22nd to 29th), rent is lowered from 4100 to 3600 Euros.
