The arrival was spot-on as was the check-out with the housekeeper living very close by. The interior and fittings were really first-class - showers, bedrooms and living areas immaculately clean and tastefully arranged.Trains to Monaco and Nice fast, frequent and inexpensive. I suggest that a visit to the village of Ese and Chateau Eza be on your list as is Restaurant Aubergine on rue de Sade - excellent.
I would recommend this property to anyone.
I have travelled all over the world but this property is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Sitting out on the terrace with the waves below, eating delicious local food from the market, with a glass of wine....perfection!
The standard of furnishing and level of equipment is top notch and the decor is very "designer" style. With air conditioning and underfloor heating. All immaculately clean and maintained and I searched for a long time but could not find a property which was anything like this one.The location is absolutely perfect, just tucked in a quiet side street but within 30 seconds there are restaurants, bars, and of course the fabulous market. The local beach is a short stroll and all the beautiful beach clubs are within very easy reach. There are so many delicious restaurants to choose from in Antibes and lots to see in the surrounding area- Cannes,Nice, Grasse etc.
I will be returning for sure!
The views from the windows and terrace are even better than the ad photos. One could sit all day just watching the sea. Bed linen, showers, loos all spot-on.
Facilities excellent - brand new washer/dryer and fridge. The housekeeper being only a very short distance away made the greeting and checkout very quick and simple.
The train services from Antibes station to Nice and Monarco frequent and CHEAP! Its worth stopping at Ese to visit the CChateau Eza and the village - quaint is the word!.
EEating out I recommend the Aubergine on rue de Sade.
All in all an excellent stay.

We were so delighted to have stayed in this beautifull old fishermans house. The location is fantastic, the view in the rooms and the balcony incredible. We have just love it.
The house is bright and very clean. The flowers, the wine, cheese and other things in the basket gave us a feelin of warm welcome. We loved it soo much that we for sure will come back next year.
Thank you for a wonderfull week.

Ann-Marie unlocked the doors and reality proved to be even better than the website. All of our senses were charmed: we could see the Mediterranean and even smell it from the rooftop, we could hear the waves, feel the warm sun on our skin and taste the delicious food from the nearby marché provencal.
The kitchen was excellently equipped so that we enjoyed preparing food and eating it on the terrace overlooking Antibes bay at the end of March! People walking along the rampart were certainly looking at us, envious.
Expect everything to be as announced on the website - well, the flowers and the gourmet welcome gift were definitely a superb add-on.
We would absolutely recommend this apartment to anybody, just the narrow stairs are a hindrance for elderly or disabled people.
i would like to thank you for a fantastic experience, i am in the buisness of rentintg property and have to say you have a wonderful set up at Azure i cant wait till the next time FANTASTIC
Azure is located at the prestigious heart of the Cote d'Azur midway between Nice and Cannes. It is situated on the waterfront in the medieval Ramparts of the Old Town of Antibes. Antibes with its network of ancient interconnecting cobbled streets fans out from the superb marina and old Port Vauban with innumerable cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. The wonderfully colourful Provence Market is just one minutes walk away guaranteeing you the freshest local produce. The Picasso Museum with it is superb Contemporary Art collection is also only a minute stroll away. The nearest beach is only 300 metres from Azure. Further afield, if the historic hilltop villages of St.Paul de Vence, Biot and Tourettes sur Loup fail to entice you then the cosmopolitan centres of Cannes, with its fashionable Croisette, Nice with its culture and Promenade des Anglais & Monaco certainly will. Within an hours drive the ski resorts of the Southern Alps and the Italian border towns beckon.
