Extras:
Food shopping can be preordered and placed in the apartment for your arrival. Please email shopping list 48 hours before arrival. A secure basement car park is available free of charge. However, if you are travelling by public transport we can meet you at the railway station. It may also be possible to arrange transport from Liverpool and Manchester Airports.
Working Away from Home and Longer Term Rentals:
If you are working in and around Chester during the week, between 2 and 5 days a week on a short time basis it may be possible to secure the apartment for the actual days you work. For example we could hold your clothing and small additional items whilch will be kept safe for you while you travel home at the weekend. The apartment will be cleaned for your returned and any additional services such as dry cleaning can be arranged.
If you have also wish to rent between 1 and 5 months we can also negotiate a reduced rates.
House in Spain:
We also have a 2 bedroom house in the Costa Calida region of Spain (property reference 67306). Rates for this property are extremely competitive, from as little as £120 per week (plus cleaning charges). For people who have rented this apartment we can offer you a 5% discount. But please note the property does get booked quickly and usually by returning holiday makers.
