’Le Clos de la Daviere’ is situated in a small hamlet. Surrounded by fields and forests, it enjoys a peaceful setting in the southern countryside of the Loire Valley. The original wine grower’s house (fully renovated) combines charm with every modern comfort. It composes of 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large living room with open fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll find a private terrace, large garden, swings and table tennis. There is a private fenced swimming pool (heated from 15/5 to 15/9). You will find all the facilities of a modern house, a private terrace with its garden furniture, barbecue and a car park located within the property. The 'Clos' contains two bedrooms (each one has its own private bathroom). One has a bathtub, the other has a shower. There is also a large drawing room where in winter you can relax around a roaring log fire.

At the' Clos de La Davière' you can swim and play table tennis. The countryside around offers possibilities for relaxed bike rides, strolls and discovery of the nature. Improve your knowledge in French with French tuition (proposed on request to adults and children). You can visit castles (Loches, Azay le Rideau, Chenonceau, Villandry...), vineyards (in Chinon, Vouvray), abbeys (Fontevraud). Or you can drive to 'the Futuroscope' in Poitiers, practice golf, tennis, horse riding or fishing. You can even decide to do a quick return trip to Paris (55 minutes by TGV from Tours).

How to get there by car: Take the A10 motorway up to Ste Maure de Touraine. Follow 'Loches' and 'Manthelan' (road D760). When you get to 'Manthelan', go straight on after the roundabout (D760). After a few minutes drive, turn left 'Reignac/Dolus le Sec' (D95) - second roundabout. Drive for about 200 m and take the first country road on your left.
