House of 250 sq.m fully renovated in 2011 in the middle of the vines with a nice view over the sea and the Îles d'Or. Large outdoor living space with kitchen, pool and garden on a same level. A large kitchen very well equipped opening completely on the pool and the garden. You will have lunch under the shade of the palm tree and a hammock is waiting for you under the olive trees. 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 6 WC. The house is a 100% air-conditioned. TV room and TV in all bedrooms.

The villa is located 15 min walk from the beaches and 10 min walk away from the village
