Casa Arianna is in Montegabbro, a very little 12th century village in the hearth of Tuscany with Etruscan and Roman traces. It is organized in 2 apartments created in a old Benedectine Convent, whose architecture has remained untouched. All the rooms are arched ceiling and the forniture is old Tuscan style. Both the apartmens have a private outside area where the guests can enjoy the Tuscan panorama, the quite of the village, relax or drink a good homemade wine offered by the owners.

Location: Casa Arianna is in the heart of Tuscany in the area of Montegabbro, a little rural village in which you can breathe country air.

Surroundings: It is 10 minute by car from a swimming pool, a riding school and a golf course. You can arrive in 15 minutes to San Gimignano, Volterra, Colle di Val d'Elsa, Monteriggioni and Siena. Florence, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza and the seashore are about 45-50 minutes away by car. In 1.5 hours you can visit Pisa, Lucca or Arezzo.

Arianna apartment is at the ground floor of the old Benedectine Convent, in the area used for storage or for animals; it consist of a wonderful living room with kitchenette, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a full bath with a shower. There's also a sofa-bed for extra guests. The living room have a characteristic well in which the ancients put corn or olive oil. Casa Arianna also has a portico in which you can eat, or relax or drink wine.

If you are looking for charm this place has it in spades. Beautifully stunning location. Centrally located close to so many towns such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Sienna etc. We loved that we had a spot to sit outside at night for a glass of wine or in the morning for our coffee. Utter peace and tranquility. Our neighbours were very friendly with us and we loved petting their sweet dog Tina!
We were very appreciative of the bottle of wine and a sweet note we found outside our door from our hosts after a long day of touring.
To be fair I should mention that we found one tiny fault, If you like powerful hot showers, you won't find it here, more of a drizzle shower.
But for me it was a minor inconvenience. I also found the price of the rental to be extremely fair!
