Nested in the parks of La Rochelle this villa is a 5 minute walk to the beach, the historical downtown, the local farm and fish market, the port and its cafés, and a 10 minute drive to the island of Ile de Ré. This ancient stone home combines superior comfort on two levels, space and light, great privacy, and opens to a secluded 4300 sqft garden. Spacious and elegant, the villa has a charming ambiance. With its glass doors and double windows to the terrace and garden, it is flooded with light from early morning to late afternoon. The villa is bright and airy with a high moulded ceiling, softly illuminated walls, and large picture windows. The first floor is designed around the gracious living room with direct access to the garden, and a family room with a decorative carved marble fireplace and flat screen TV. The kitchen is professionally equipped. On the second floor, three bedrooms offer individual style and comfort. The house has 3 bathrooms, and is equipped with high speed internet
