Located in central Paris in a pleasant and dynamic area, with easy access to the metro and RER, take the lift to this beautiful studio of 20m which has a 'real' bathroom (ie a full sized bath in which to rest your weary limbs after a long day discovering the sights and delights of Paris). The apartment is fully equipped and offers broadband internet access, a computer, a telephone with free calls to land lines in over 70 countries including Australia, Canada and the US (see the 'Free' list), and over 100 television channels. The apartment is gas centrally heated and has a large covered 8m balcony with a small garden room ideal for little 'get together'. It20was completely renovated in 2007 and is close to Nation, Bercy Village, POBP, bois de vincennes and just a short 510 minute journey by metro into the centre of Paris. There is a Velib bicycle station within 50 metres. Metro stations 'Daumesnil' and 'Bel Air' are just 100 metres away. There are numerous French restaurants within close proximity such as the famous 'Trou Gascon' as well as Italian, Lebanese and other nationalities. All the necessary shops are close by including a supermarket in the nex t building! In just 5-10 minutes you are in the heart of Paris and all she has to offer, République, Bastille, Chatelet, Le Louvre, St Germain des Prés etc and the RER station at Nation takes you directly to Eurodisney in just 30 minutes. If you are visiting with your car you will find this one of the rare areas of Paris where you can still find a place to park. THIS THE BEST VALUE FOR MONEY FOR A STAY IN PARIS FOR TWO OR ALONE !!!
