Located in a quiet residential area and within 5/10 minutes walk of Catral town centre, this new property has a private entrance. It is furnished to a very high standard with a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, swimming pool, Air condition, Private Solarium with nice view. Catral, is peaceful and reminiscent of a typical Spanish village. It is also very near to motorway routes to Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena, providing for easy and less than 30-minute travel to either Alicante or Murcia airport. The very quiet Guadamar beach is less than 15 minutes away, Torrevieja and Alicante beaches are also within easy reach. There is a regular train service from Isidiro (3 km from Catral) to Cartagena and Alicante with stopovers at Elche and Crevillente. There is a limited bus service from the High Street - through Dolores, Almoradi, Rojales etc - to Torrevieja.

This apartment is located in the village of Catral. Approx: 25 minutes drive south of Alicante airport with very easy access to motorways (A7/AP7) and approx: 15 minutes drive from the nearest beaches Guardamar & La Marina. The apartment is situated close to lemon and orange groves with fantastic views of surrounding mountains. The area has a very strong Spanish feel to it, ideal for families or people looking for a quite relaxing holiday.... The location is also ideal for the type of person looking for a piece of Spain, with easy access to neighbouring towns that can give all comforts of being at home. There is a 50 euros charge for cleaning.
