The property has a large open-plan lounge with sunlit dining area and patio door to the pool and garden, 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, toilet downstairs, modern kitchen with many appliances, washing machine, dish washer,cable TV, bedroom with its own balcony, large terrace and pretty garden with many colourful tropical plants, barbecue and kidney-shaped pool. A circular bus operates between Nerja and Burriana Beach and a bus stop is located close to the villa.

Close to the beach resort of Nerja and the internationally famous Nerja caves, the property lies in a quiet residential area. A regular bus service is available nearby into Nerja centre and further a field to Malaga, Almunecar and Granada, and taxis are always available. A large supermarket and restaurants are also close-by. All types of evening entertainment are available within easy walking distance. The famous white Moorish mountain village of Frigiliana is only a few miles´ drive away. A popular open-air market is held nearby every Tuesday, where local produce and artifacts can be found.
