Appartement traversant très spacieux, calme et lumineux, bien équipé, qui permet de profiter au maximum de la mer. Visible du matin au soir, la Manche est magnifique par tous les temps et il suffit de traverser la route pour accéder à la plage ... Les promenades sont innombrables, les commodités toutes proches... Intra-Muros à 800m... La voiture est loin d'être indispensable.

Le propriétaire très avenant est disponible .

Ce fut un plaisir de passer une semaine dans cet appartement. Très lumineux avec une vue splendide sur la mer, il a l'avantage d'être situé à proximité d'intra-muros et de toutes les commodités. Tout est réuni pour passer un séjour agréable: confort, équipement complet, mobilier de goût, place de parking à disposition. Cerise sur le gâteau: le propriétaire des lieux est des plus sympathique.
