Très agréable

Appartement idéalement situé devant la baie donnant une vue splendide sur la plage et sur la mer.
On a quasiment les pieds dans l'eau.
Saint-Malo intra-muros n'est qu'à 10 mn à pied en longeant la digue.
Marché et super-marché sont également tout proches.
La literie est confortable, les équipements largement suffisants.
Qui plus est le propriétaire est très sympa.

Appartement traversant très spacieux, calme et lumineux, bien équipé, qui permet de profiter au maximum de la mer. Visible du matin au soir, la Manche est magnifique par tous les temps et il suffit de traverser la route pour accéder à la plage ... Les promenades sont innombrables, les commodités toutes proches... Intra-Muros à 800m... La voiture est loin d'être indispensable.

Le propriétaire très avenant est disponible .
Adresse à conserver pour de futurs séjours à St-Malo.
