Villa Florida. 1 Bedroom self catering apartment centrally located near to beach, shops and restaurants, yet also quiet. There is a very pleasant pool area with bar just yards from the door and a small area to sit outside the front room. This is an ideal self catering situation for 2 adults and a child, but is also suitable for 3-4 adults using the sofa beds as well as the bedroom. A brand new golf course has opened just minutes away.other amenities include boat trips, scooter and cycle rent, and there are medical facilities within a few metres! Bus and taxi travel is cheap and easily reached, though being flat,walking and cycling is pleasant and easy. The apartment is available for rent throughout the year at rates that are cheaper the longer you wish to stay. The apartment is in a town which is 10 minutes or so from the airport, 15 minutes to the capital, both of which are serviced by an excellent bus and taxi service. It is possible to get to the north of the island in about 40 minutes and across by ferry to Lanzarote in about the same time. Locally you can take trips to the mountain villages and other beaches and places of interest. This is an ideal base for a holiday.

AN EXCELLENT INEXPENSIVE HOLIDAY APARTMENT

IVE BEEN TO THIS APARTMENT A FEW TIMES BOTH WINTER AND SUMMER,FOR SHORT STAY AND LONG STAY,AND HAVE ENJOYED IT EVERY TIME.ITS CLOSE TO SHOPS/RESTAURANTS AND ALSO TO THE POOL AND THE BEACH.ALL WITHOUT BEING NOISY.ITS VERY INEXPENSIVE, DESPITE HAVING SOME HOME COMFORTS AND I RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE AT THIS END OF THE MARKET.
