Nice old abode completed by an annexe, complex of about 280 sqm, all completely restored. This very spacious house enables you to invite a lot of people while preserving one's privacy. In the living room, near an old hearth, a billiard is at your disposal as well as a table football. The swimming pool, private, and following security norms, is surrounded by verdure. To isolate oneself peacefully, a beautiful full of flowers garden with several relaxation areas and a bowling pitch at the shadow of cypresses. Possibility to rent the house for 8 people in May, June, September and October.

In fact, in a 20 km radius, there are at least 6 of the "Plus beaux villages de France", caves and the Gouffre de Padirac which are not far away from the house. Vayrac, which is 4 km away, offers all necessary amenities, as well as a water centre where you can practice canoe for instance.
