The apartment is beautifully located in the lovely village of Peyia, which lies close to Paphos Town and only 2km from the sandy beach at Coral Bay. Accommodation comprises of 2 good sized bedroom both with balconies, large fully fitted kitchen, fully tiled bathroom and toilet with shower. Large lounge with TV DVD and stereo system, second lounge with bamboo suite, large dinning table seating 6 people. Large balcony at the front of the property where leisurely meals can be enjoyed. The pool is visible from the balcony. A very relaxing holiday in quite peaceful surroundings.

Ski: Why not take a trip up the Troodos and ski on Mount Olympus and then sunbathe in the afternoon

Rental Rates for this vacation apartment rental in Pegia (Peyia), Cyprus

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure. Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer. Check in times are from 14.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure or later by prior arrangement. A car can be arranged for collection form the airport, along with some very attractive car hire rates. Please ask when you book.
  • A welcome pack can be arranged which comprises of bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, and cereals and this is payable locally. For those guests who are staying longer than a week a maid service is provided in the middle week where a change of bedding, linen and towels is completed. A small refundable deposit of £25.00 is required for the use of the towels.

If you want the most amazing, relaxing and perfect holiday do not hesitate in booking this villa. The owner is lovely and very very helpful, the property is perfect, immaculately clean and is "home from home" in it's facilities, it is a fantastic sized living space with gorgeous views from the front and rear. The neighbours are lovely and make you feel so welcome. The pool was perfect and the area surrounding the villa beautifully presented. There are some lovely restaurants and take aways within walking distance and good supermarket facilities, the bakers, oooohhhh the bakers - a must visit!!! You are a few minutes drive away from the beach at Coral Bay, where there are too some lovely restaurants and shops, and not a massive drive away from Paphos. It was with tears that we left, but rest assured that in 51 weeks we will be going back "home" to visit the lovely friends we made. As I stated earlier I would have no problem at all in recommending this Villa to anyone, it exceeded expectations..........we loved it x
