About this property

Luxury apartment on the first floor with elevator. The accommodation is ideally equipped for 4 people. It has a bedroom and a large living room with comfortable bedding. It is fully air-conditioned and has a large, very sunny terrace with a view of the swimming pool and the large park with century-old pines. The location is ideal for monitoring children who bathe. The apartment does not overlook any road and cars do not drive in front of the apartments. Access to the swimming pool is regulated and the schedules respect the tranquility of holidaymakers. Note that there is a swimming supervisor in July and August. Nearby you will find all the amenities and shops of a seaside town. The large Calvi beach with its white sand and turquoise waters is a 5-minute walk away. You can also go to the restaurant on the port or take a walk in the citadel without taking your car out of the parking lot.
The parking space is numbered and the residence is closed with a caretaker.

The apartment is in a very convenient location inside the residence "Maria Stella". Being close to the beach and with a supervised pool, its' great for families with kids. I travel frequently using HomeAway and similar but this is the first time I don't find bed sheets and towels in a holiday rental. They were not available at check-in nor upon request. This greatly affected our holiday since we had to borrow everything from friends staying nearby and this is the reason I gave the apartment an overall 3*. Final cleaning was not even an option and we had to clean to apartment by ourselves. That's also unusual for a holiday rental. Regarding the apartment: what you see is what you get. Using frequently "community" home rental/sharing platforms I always hope to find a personal touch that would make me feel at home. I'm talking about a a nice picture, a family photograph, small details to feel at home. Unfortunately this is not the case... I should also mention the agency we deal with was really quick fixing an issue we had with a roller shade.

excellente location

Cette location est idéale pour découvrir Calvi: à 2 pas de toutes les commodités du centre ville et surtout de la plage! L'appartement est au calme avec vue sur le parc et ensoleillé. Il est très bien entretenu et très bien équipé. Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances, rien à redire sur les prestations et sur l'accueil et la disponibilité de la propriétaire. A recommander absolument!!

excellente location

La location est parfaite à tous points de vue. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très bien situé à la fois dans la résidence puisque la terrasse donne directement sur le parc et la piscine(très pratique pour surveiller les enfants) et dans la ville puisqu'il est à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville tout en étant un peu en retrait donc au calme. Enfin la place de parking à l'intérieur de la résidence sécurisée est très appréciable car Calvi étant une ville très touristique, les places gratuites pour se garer y sont très rares. Que du positif pour ce très bel appartement!!!

Excellente location

Cet appartement est très bien équipé. Il se trouve dans une résidence récente, très calme et bien fleurie, proche des commerces et de la plage. L'équipement électroménager est très performant, les rangements sont très appréciables et la vue sur le parc est magnifique. La résidence est fermée et le parking appréciable.

Logement très agréable,dans une résidence neuve et fleurie. La clim est très appréciable, l'appartement parfaitement équipé et comporte de très nombreux rangements ce qui est rarement le cas. La plage et le supermarché sont à 10 minutes à pied. Bilan: que du positif.
