A Villa Duplex (F5-6) spacious air-conditioned 150 m2 with heated and secured swimming pool for 8-10 people, facing south.
The pool is shared however it is very little occupied by the neighborhood so it's almost as if it were private.
Rental from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.

Exceptionnel ☺

The place to be... Belle villa avec tout ce qu'il fallait pour se sentir comme à la maison. La vue sur la mer est superbe, la maison est très confortable, le coin est calme, entouré de verdure, tout est conforme à ce qui est décrit. La grande piscine chauffée est un vrai bonheur. Et puis l’accueil est vraiment exceptionnel. Merci et bravo pour ces belles vacances !

Ferien-Paradies

Die Villa U Sognu können wir bedenkenlos empfehlen. Wir waren als Familie zu siebt Anfang September dort und haben alles sehr genossen. Besonders schön ist die große Terrasse mit genügend Liegen für alle Personen und Blick aufs Meer. Toll fanden wir auch die zweite Terrasse, die von der Küche (sehr groß) rausgeht und die wir gerne morgens (Schatten) genutzt haben. Auch die Lage der Villa war für uns (Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern) perfekt: Die herrlichen Strände der Gegend sind gut zu erreichen und abends waren wir oft zum Essen und Bummeln in Porto-Vecchio mit ihrem Hafen und der schönen Altstadt. Man braucht definitv ein Auto, denn die schönsten Buchten sind zu Fuß nicht zu erreichen. Der geheizte Pool war perfekt und wird jeden Morgen liebevoll gereinigt und gepflegt - besser geht es nicht! Der Vermieter kümmerte sich super um uns und war ein wertvoller Ansprechpartner, der uns gute Tipps geben konnte. Unbedingt ausprobieren: Die kleine Eisfabrik auf der Straße von P.-V. nach Bonifacio, auf der rechten Seite - köstlich! Wir wollen unbedingt wieder kommen! Gabi

Beautiful house with all amenities

We stayed in La Villa for one week, and we are very satisfied. The house is beautiful and very spacious and modern. we arrived at 2.30 AM, delayed by the ferry, but Mr. Pascale was happy and attentive. They took really good care of their guests, and made sure nothing was missing. At arrival the fridge was filled with drinks and basic necessities, as well as local jams etc. The next morning fresh baguettes, croissants and the local newspaper was at our door. The kitchen had every utensil needed; toaster, microwave, smoothie machine and even a bread making machine! The terracce was large and delicate with sunbeds for all 8 of us. The pool was clean at all times, and chield friendly with a little pool for children on the side. Porto Vecchio also was a lovely city, with exciting boats in the marina and absolutely beautiful beaches close by! It is a lot to see nearby, and we would definitively recommend to have a car at hand. We would love to be able to come back to La Villa, it is truly a vacation paradise.

Très bon vacances

Nous passions 2 semaines dans la Villa en 2011. Nous avions loué le logement pour 8 personnes. Les pièces sont très belles et elles surpassaient nos attentes. Les locaux sont gènèreux et sont aménagés de bon goût.Le prise en charge était très bonne. Le situation avec le regard sur la baie comme en photos voir, très bien. Nous pouvons seulement recommander le logement.

paradisiaque

Tout correspond à l'annonce .La maison est formidable et assez grande pour que personne ne se gene nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en famille bien trop courte !!!
