Come make a memory in Maui!! You’ll love this centrally located resort with its pools, BBQ areas, tennis courts and of course the gorgeous Kalama I Beach (also known as the Charlie Young Beach) only a quick walk from your door step. The Charlie Young Beach is a family friendly beach with a long shore line. This beach is a great snorkeling site and prime for beginners. Of course swimming and sunbathing are first-rate here as well so sink in your toes let the sand mold around your feet and the rays soak your sole. With a beach just five minutes from your door catching a sunrise or a sunset is no trouble at all. You don’t need to pack any beach amenities such as beach towels, chairs, coolers, and beach toys are all available for your use.

If the tennis court is calling your name, Maui Vista boasts 6 championship size tennis courts. Tennis balls and racquets both regular and junior size are available in our unit for your use.

Sign up for surfing lessons just down the street at the neighboring beach (if you can’t ride a wave by the end the lesson is free!) The well lit Public volleyball and basketball courts make for a fun evening and are also within walking distance. Should you need an afternoon out of the sun or just a fun evening out movie theatres are also close by.

Begin your vacation by attending the free Island briefing on location daily at the Maui Vista. You’ll be able to familiarize yourself with the beautiful island of Maui while enjoying a free continental breakfast. Also you may take advantage of the free concierge service offered daily between 8 am and 8pm at the Maui Vista Resort front desk. You will receive free Island maps, activity reservations, dinner reservations, and many other vacation planning services. These services will no doubt contribute to your wonderful fun-filled holiday in paradise.

The public bus access is right outside your door and allows you to move around the entire Island on just a few dollars. Bus pick times are very precise so if your roommates have taken off to go golfing in the car no problem you’ll still be able to get some shopping done!!

There are many choice restaurants and shopping venues within walking distance of this unit. For your early morning stroll you’ll be glad to know there is a Starbucks close by. Pick up your latté and head to the beach to catch the sunrise or at least some early morning rays.

If you are planning a longer stay don’t forget to bring your Cosco Card. Cosco is just a 15 minute drive. Cosco is located right next to the airport so you could get off your plane do your shopping and then head on down to your condo and let the holiday begin!

This unit has had over $35,000 in upgrades including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fish-bowl bathroom sinks, cherry wood cabinets, and tile flooring. We have just also added several new furnishings including a king size bed in the master bedroom. The furnishings, art and decor are chosen to reflect the calm tropical climate outside. Your relaxation won't end on the beach as you come home to a lovely tranquil oasis.

You won't be disappointed here -- that is until you have to go home!!

Perfect Location

It was a pleasure dealing with the owner, Jennifer directly. All questions were cheerfully answered. Upon arrival, we noticed all the little 'extras' indicating that the owners actually use this condo themselves. It is NOT just a rental unit with bare essentials. The unit was clean & well equipped. Wi-Fi was included. Keyless entry meant no keys to lose at the beach. There were lots of good chairs to take to the beach, plus coolers, toys & towels. The location of this unit in the 3rd building is ideal. Park at the back of the parking lot. You will walk by the hose to wash the sand off your feet before using the stairs for quick access to the unit. Also quick when you forget your sunglasses!
Maui Vista is a perfect location for active guests:
1. It only takes a few minutes to walk to ABC Store for misc items.
2. It's a quick drive to ABC to fill up with gas then easy access to Hwy #31.
3. Approx 20 minute walk to Foodland for groceries. Then walk a few more blocks north to the Aloha Open Market for local produce. You can make these stops each morning when you go for a walk at 7AM.
4. Within easy walking distance to great restaurants. No designated driver required!

We highly recommend this unit. We will certainly be back. And did I mention that the rates were reasonable?

Great condo, great value!

The condo was perfect, third building back from the road so very quiet. Lanai looking out over the grass area with ocean in the distance was a great spot to begin each day. People in the condo and around the pool were very friendly. Great communication with owner, I will stay here again. Thank you Jennifer!

Home Away From Home

We would like to thank Jen & Bryce for sharing their home away from home with us. We had a 11 night stay at this condo and enjoyed everyday. The condo had a very warm and inviting decor and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Another couple joined us at the condo and there was lots of room for 4 adults. The day began with our wake up call at 6:15am with the sounds of the many different birds. It was the perfect location, 5 mins to a beautiful beach , lots of shopping, fine dinning ( The Five Palms was the best) travelling from town to town was made easy with the location of this condo. The guys really enjoyed the BBQ area where they meet people from all over. I would recommend this condo and the location to my family and friends. We are looking forward to doing a repeat trip this time next year. Thank you again for allowing us to experience our first visit to Maui a very memorable one.

Our First Maui Hawaii Visit

Spent an enjoyable stay at this condo , shared with another couple . The condo was quite nice and had all that was advertised. The area was nice , quite and a good place to meet new friends,,especially around the barbecue area in the afternoon. The best beaches in Maui are in this area and is within a few minutes walk of this condo. If you prefer a nice and relaxing holiday and dont need the use of a vech , then this is the area to be . There is plenty to do and lots of beaches to walk on, or just soak up the sun . This condo is close enough to the beaches and all necessary activities but far enough from the crowds that you can enjoy total relaxation . To wake to the sound of the various birds was very nice. I would totally recommend this condo for a quite getaway . Suitable for couples or families with kids or teenagers.Would love to return. Thanks to the owners.

Comfortable Home Away from Home

My sister-in-law and I stayed at this condo April 21 - 28, 2011. The owner was very helpful and everything was as advertised. The lady at the management company was very nice as well as helpful with her recommendations. Although the building is an older building, everything was neat and clean and comfortable. The condo includes great amenities--barbecues, tennis courts, swimming pool and easy access to the beach. We really felt at home in the condo and loved waking up to the birds in the morning. This is a great central location with easy access to Wailea with its shops and great beaches as well as Lahaina and the airport. The Charley Young Beach across the street is a long beautiful beach which was great for swimming as well as for long barefoot walks--the sand is so fine and clean. We really enjoyed eating at Cafe O'Lei and Threes Bar and Grill. We also liked the closeness of Foodland and the discount we received. We enjoyed a helicopter ride, the Maui Ocean Centre in Ma'alea, and Warren and Annabelle's in Lahaina. I would definitely recommend this condo to others. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat. Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us.
