On one of the green hills of Umbria that overlooks the Tiber valley, just 20 km south of Perugia, a small tourist centre has recently been created and comprises just 7 holiday apartments. The centre is part of a 9.000 m2 property made up with extremely well tended lawns where there are olive and pine trees and on a secluded side is a beautiful swimming-pool (6x12) that is linked to a second pool with jacuzzi (6x3) (12/5 - 9/9) which are both served by a large and equipped suntrap terrace directly overlooking the Tiber valley, floodlit tennis court (to be paid for on the spot).
