This chalet which is a part of a set of 3 houses is situated in a garden. We reach it by a gate and a garagewill be yours. The beach of La Comtesse with its island is a 100 meters 'distance. This group of houses is quite close to the city center trades of Saint-Quay-Portrieux and to the beach of le Casino where the sea resort organizes the animations of the summer. By going below the beach of LA COMTESSE, and not very far the harbour is there also offering trades and animations in season. It is to note that the distance between the house and the animations is enough for you to stay out of noise. The house (on the same level) is comfortable and equipments are of quality.

Saint-Quay-Portrieux and the region of Étables sur mer offer diverse and quality activities: boat, Golf, Casino, Restaurants, and also an animation during the summer time with artists and also you will practice sports. Beyond, the coast of Goëlo will take you until Paimpol and Ile de Bréhat. Not very far towards Perros-Guirec, the coast of pink Granite... You can alsodrive by returning Saint-Brieuc to the Coast of Penthièvre, and if you feel like it to prolong your road beyond towards the cape Frehel. Our coast is rather wild, and strewed with small ports ( Brehec), in the inside, but not far from the coast you will find intact vestiges of the small train of the North coast (on 1902-1956 - the Viaduct of Pourrhis to Etables-sur-mer)
