4-bedroom villa with ensuite bathrooms, luxury furnishing, large terraces

This is a completely renovated, individual modern-styled, luxurious country-house surrounded by a beautiful garden which is an 'oliveto'. It is built on 2 levels and it’s close to Pietrasanta. The house consists of 1 living-room with contemporary leather-upholstered furniture, a dining-room for 8 persons, a completely new fully equipped kitchen, a sun-terrace with outside furniture for using meals (10 persons). There are 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (3 with shower and 1 with bath, all have toilet and wash-basin). The private mosaic swimming-pool of 12 x 5 m is backed up with 4 beach-chairs and garden chairs, also a pool-house with shower and toilet. The geographic situation is as follows: it is located just below the 13th century Rotaio palace (in a private domain with 10 villas) on top of a hill with view over the Alpi Apuani, the garden is 5000 sq. m. of olive trees devised in terraces on different levels, it is very quiet and ideal for immersing one's self in nature.

Beaches: The sea-side is 5 km away and offers beautiful white-sand beaches (known as la Versiliana).

The house is built in the village 'Capezzano Pianore' which is part of the city of 'Camaiore'. It is located close to the very artistic city of Pietrasanta which is well-known for its bronze-foundries and sculpture workshops. Carrrara known for its marble quarries is a 45 minute-drive. Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are 2 nice shopping cities on a 15 minutes driving distance. If you prefer to visit cultural and historical heritages these Tuscan cities are nearby: Pisa, Firenze, Lucca, Montecatini, Sienna. Tuscany is one of the most beautiful provinces of Italy which offers the sea (Mediterranean) the sight-seeing and a rich wine- and food-culture.

Other Activities: possibility of visiting lots of interesting spots

Golf: The nearest 18-hole golf-course (Versilia golf club) is only 15 minutes away but there are more golf-courses in the neighbourhood from Firenze.

Notes:
The house is completely renovated and the furniture is brand-new, there has been chosen for a light contemporary clean style to reflect the holiday spirit, only natural materials have been used: teak floor in the sleeping area and marble floor in the living area, linen sheets, light colours, etc. The swimming pool is in olive green mosaic stones which reflect the colour of the surrounding olive trees and leaves. On the outside terrace there is a dining table with a capacity of 10 people. The inside dining table seats 8 persons. The property has a private gated entrance with parking. Oliveto is a quiet, residential area and guests shall be cognizant and respectful of neighbours, keeping noise to a minimum. No parties may be hosted at the property.

A modern villa with all the trimmings you would hope for from a luxury villa, very clean and well equipped. The person that looks after the villa is very friendly and helpful, especially for restaurant recommendations.
The view from the villa and pool is great. The villa is good for both relaxing and entertaining. The area is not too touristy and most of the time when you dine out locally it is with Italians.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
