Beautiful property with a breathtaking full panoramic view of the protected Plemmirio marine reserve with its uncontaminated waters. The villa,80 sq metres,is situated in a luxuriant garden(2.200 sq metres)with Mediterranean vegetation typical of the area. Recently built,the villa has a bright interior and blends in with the landscape thanks to the local materials used for its construction. The interior has a master bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds. The living room has a recess area for reading, a sofa(bed) which can sleep two people and a kitchen area, bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a well-equipped,stone-built kitchen which leads onto a gazebo covered patio with an 'al fresco'dining area,a stone-built barbecue and oven,laundry room and outdoor shower. A second timber-roofed verandah,facing the sea,furnished with garden chairs, sun loungers and tables,makes this the perfect spot for guests to sit back,relax and enjoy the view. .
